We are proud to announce the new Campus Services website, a place for employees to quickly and conveniently find the resources they need. This site was built to reflect what users around campus told us they wanted to see most in an employee portal.
Navigating the Site
The new gateway site was designed for efficiency and convenience. Four main site features to note are:
Employee Services: Do you know all that’s available to you as a UCLA employee? Get the most out of your job with discounts, benefits, advancement opportunities and more.
Work Tools: What is your job function? Here you’ll find links to frequently used tools and resources based on your work role.
News Page: In one convenient location, find links to headline news, events, and announcements around campus.
Directory Search: Need a fellow employee’s email or phone number? Access the UCLA directory from any page of the campus services portal!
Gathering Feedback & Data
We consulted with all of the administrative units, gathered invaluable suggestions, and incorporated that feedback when creating the content for this new site. We also looked to Google Analytics—which UCLA pages got the most traffic? What are UCLA employees really searching for?
